MUSIC 🎶 🎶🎶 is a universal language that requires no translation. MUSIC provides energetic healing through its tones, vibrations and rhythms.
I am a social worker social therapeutics practitioner performance coach and psychotherapist.
Social therapeutics is not only my methodology, but also my life philosophy ——spiritual, transformational, alchemical. Social therapeutics, informed by philosophy, psychology and improv, it is the HOW I am able to live life living, in the solution, not the problem.
I have discovered my favorite “philosophers” are musicians. Their language is literally “honey for my soul,” as a dear friend described it.
So, my contribution to this year’s Freedom Festival is to offer musical gifts each day from Juneteenth through July 4th.
